Walter G. Gunn, M.D., J.D., FACR, FCLM
Walt, as he prefers to be called, is a graduate of
Stanford University Medical School and University of Santa Clara Law
School. He has practiced the diagnosis and treatment of cancer for 45 years
as an American Board of Radiology (ABR) Certified Radiologist in
Diagnosis, Nuclear Medicine and Radiation Oncology. As a Professor at
Thomas Jefferson University School of Medicine, he taught radiation oncology
residents. As a Fellow in the College of Legal Medicine, Walt is
concerned that both plaintiffs and defendants with potential grievances are
evaluated in depth with fairness. He has provided consultative depositions and
trial testimony in well over one hundred cases as an expert witness on “both
sides of the “v.”.
Frederick A. Deigert, M.D., Executive J.D. in Health
Law, ACLM
Fred attended and graduated from the St. Louis
University School of Medicine. He is an ABR certified Radiologist
in Diagnosis, Nuclear Medicine and Therapeutic Radiology. His Radiation
Oncology practice experience spans 35 years in Colorado and Montana. Fred
received his Executive Juris Doctorate degree in Health Law recently from
Concord Law School and he is a member of the American College of Legal
Medicine. Fred believes in careful examination and proper interpretation of
facts from both plaintiff’s and defendant’s viewpoint, so lawsuits will be
concluded satisfactorily.
Thomas A. Cherewick, M.S. Medical Radiation Physics,
Executive J.D. in Health Law
Tom graduated from Wayne State University with a
Master’s Degree in Medical Radiation Physics. He has 30 years of experience in
Radiation Therapy Physics in Montana and Wyoming. He is ABR certified
in Therapeutic Radiological Physics. An Executive Juris Doctorate degree in
Health Law from Concord Law School enables Medical-Legal evaluation of
the Physics used in Radiation Oncology as well as preventive Risk Management.
